Cloud House Collective Creative ; Book Launch Competition.
When I published my first book in January 2025, I was thrilled to manifest the idea into physical reality. A friend suggested I now needed to have a book launch. After reflecting- I agreed that was a great idea...then I decided I want to share the excitement WITH others.
The idea just leapt up and out within moments of deciding a Book Launch should happen. As soon as I imagined reading poetry from my book and talking about the artworks - I imagined inviting others to read their poetry and share their art at the Launch Event. A moment later and the concept of a competition was born to gather and focus the creative energies and impetus ....and then coming together in workshops prior- to create....and finally the notion of creating a book together from the resulting collective of art and poetry.

The Cloud House Collective Creative Launch Event Art Display and Poetry Reading.
All entries are eligible to be selected to be part of the Art Display and Poetry Reading at the Launch Event. An entry may or may not be selected, but every entry is eligible to be.
Competition Entry
Entry is $10 per entry item- for either Poetry or Art. You can enter one or both categories and you can submit up to 5 separate entries in each category if you would like to.
So up to 5 poems and up to 5 art works. ( that would be $100 if you put in the maximum entries)​

All entrants can apply to come along to a 'create together' workshop - (there is a place on the entry form to register and an additional fee) where we will brainstorm and have fun exploring ideas. You may complete your entry during a workshop- or you may just have a good time or come away with an idea and a plan. There is no guarantee of the outcome of the workshop in regard to your competition piece.
The Cloud House Collective Creative Book
All entries are automatically eligible to be included in the Book. If you submit an entry it can be included in the Cloud House Collective Creative Book. It may or may not be included, but every entry can be.
Limited copies of the Book will be available to purchase at the Launch Event. (Having an entry in the book does not get you a free book- it gets you published in the book) Terms and Conditions
